With windows now smashed in and the place becoming vandalised. The home is set to be demolished and replaced by 20 homes.

I love all you guys. I recently got diagnosed with terminal cancer and can't work any more . I'm currently in Alaska and my family is in California. Until they can come here and bring me back home I've binge watched your videos. Sometimes I get afraid to fall asleep at night , I'm afraid I won't wake up so I found your channel perfect for binge watching. Ed is never afraid to open any box and we are all curious whats in it. Ned is the same , always disappearing and you are never afraid to look in any attic or basement. Or any hidden room. My favorite is the place with all the toys and antiques. Very entertaining. I worked at knights Templar court for 12 years! This is a hard watch!! The owners let this home get like this!! Oh and the chains were for medicine cabinets not residents lol. Tough watch!!

@@VacantHaven I can’t believe how bad it’s got, the owners still own it, they have another home in ringwood. They wouldn’t spend money on it unfortunately and we ended up with less and less residents, they then decided to shut the doors on it, rip Off there staff and unfortunately a few of the residents ended up passing away, ownership was so bad and now they don’t care about the building, happily letting it get like this with no care in the world! It was such a happy lovely home and the staff and residents were so happy! Very fond memories here!!

The bits on the doors are connected to the fire alarms. When the alarm sounds the doors close to keep bed bound clients safe as possible until emergency services arrive. ( the home I work at has the same)

Absolutely fantastic! Stumbled across you gents a couple videos ago and I can't get enough. The marble or tile floor caught my attention which reminded me of a depiction of the matrix. I worked at knights templar Court for 3 years. This was really hard to watch. The owners didn't do anything to bring in more residents when we lost them, and they had to close, was horrible watching the people we cared for being forced to leave and some had been there for 10+years. The flat in the old build was used by some our our carers that came from overseas. So many memories. The town use to be a major railway junction hundreds of years go and the railway use to run through the bottom of the garden where the bridge is.

Another interesting explore Guy's. The actual historical record of the Knights Templar makes it difficult to say whether they were heroes or villains, because their legacy was decidedly mixed, even from the point of view of medieval Catholics. I suspect a lot of folks think the Templars were just involved with the Holy Wars but there are various accounts of lets say "misdeeds". That patch of land is ripe for redevelopment, but you'd need a deep wallet to buy it and do the demolition work.

Fun and unique explore! Really like the design of the oldest bldg. Love the stone/brick work. Those bathrooms! Yeesh! They were quite spacious in all fairness. Really liked the stonework outside that was mostly covered in grass. Very glad it was the 3 amigos once again. Very much enjoyed! Thank you!

Such a shame to see it like this, I was down there a couple of weeks ago with the current owners! They are distraught on how it looks and it was upsetting for all of us to see. I worked there for just under a year, it was a lovely place to go. The staff were treated fairly and the owners are still in contact with some of the staff.
