I was told by my old business partner who had been in the resale business since the 80's that "if it is a good deal, never haggle, they might change their mind." He then told me of this time he found 4 antique silver pocket watches at a yardsale, in a display case, for $75 and tried to haggle the seller to $50. She changed her mind about selling them, saying they were her late husbands and she was going to keep them after all. He looked up a couple later and they were worth thousands.

OMG.... me and my wife were laughing hysterically at the poor old lady selling the Sharp TV/VHS: "Are you interested in buying (*this very heavy) TV with VHS (*that I had to carry all the way out)? "It's nice but probably not" "OH DARN!!! We rewound that three or four times. That was gold. Very nice of you to buy it and save her the grief of having to carry it back in that she say dreaded. We are still laughing hours after seeing it.

You and Jess work hard . I'm happy to see you finding some treasures. Before we moved, I sold quite a bit of stuff on Facebook. I know it was worth more than I sold it for, and I know some people were buying to resell. I was fine with that. I needed to get rid of it It was just too much to pack everything , and I don't regret it. People price items for what they want to get out of it. I recently picked up a Hummel ox at the bins. It was left over from a garage sale. They had priced it at $1 and it didn't sell. I think it's worth about $50.

My best ever yardsale purchase was at an overpriced perpetual yard sale. I bought 2 games for like $30. Everything else was too expensive to profit. I can't remember what the one I sold right away was, but it paid for both purchases. I felt like the other as kind of under valued, so put it aside and forgot about it. About 5 years later while cleaning I came across it again, and price checked it. I sold that factory sealed big box Age of Empires for $750. I think when I picked it up, it was going for like $40, and I felt that was a bit low for a sealed classic in it's original big box release. Turns out, the market agreed with me.

I don't know of I have specific video on shipping. Some of our later videos on the Pro Flipper Channel include Jessica shipping a few things. I can't remember exactly which ones and it would towards the end of them.

We use either a 6x6x48 or a 4x4x36 box for clubs and for the bag a 12x12x36 and all of those go out via UPS ground. We have some of the boxes and other shipping supplies in our Amazon affiliate store link in the video description.
