WE FOUND BETTER PRODUCE DUMPSTER DIVING AT ALDI THAN WE COULD HAVE BOUGHT AT WALMART

I found 2 new Aldi dumpsters that are not locked! 1 is definitely a better option, in a less scary part of town! I have been 4 times now-it's a low-rider dumpster, so VERY easily accessible! I have a grabber, but it's broken and doesn't work at full length-kinda like a claw machine now LOL! I went to 2 different stores last night, and scored a Bunch of great stuff! Last week I scored a TON of organic chicken, including 2 whole hens, which I took to work and cooked for my co-workers-along with whole cloves of garlic and tons of lemon....served alongside a GIANT spaghetti squash and potatoes! I scored a HUGE rack of ribs last night, along with 3 giant cookie pizzas, stoplight peppers,2 danishes, seeded bread, sweet slider rolls, a mango, a lime, a full dozen eggs, bananas,garlic butter loaves and 2 MORE pounds of butter! I am so grateful to be able to share with my neighbors-especially when it's fruit and veg. I live in a food desert, in a low income area, and am fortunate enough to say that my hobby is helping others, I do it all by bus, and am of limited mobility-BUT-as long as I can do it, I shall! If I had a car, good Grief-I could help so many more folks!!! It's upsetting that Aldi still hasn't gotten it together with donations etc, but I am thankful to gather what is spilled! If I can keep diving, and thriving-I will! I love you guys!

What a fantastic haul. I have so much respect for y’all, saving great food from the dumpsters all the while taking care of the landfill one dumpster at a time. The fact that FD does it like the Post Office motto is even more reason to respect and appreciate everything he does.

Cook a package of tomatoes with basil and olive oil and cook some pasta there had to be something in the way of bread toast and put some oregano in butter just a tablespoon and sautee salt and pepper to taste voila dinner
