Did they install the pack when joining the world? Maybe try having them install the world from the marketplace themselves before joining, as that should ensure their system can actually render the custom assets

"bedrock is dumb" also bedrock: can get tipped arrows from cauldron, can make lots of different colors with dye, has spam clicking, can survive warden with enchanted golden apple and armor, gets the minecraft 15 year anniversary map so java players have to go to bedrock to play, has free nerf gun world (made by oreville studios which also made the 15 year anniversary map), has multiple ways to play compared to java only having one way to play (bedrock being able to play on any device meanwhile java needs a PC to play), was gonna say we have mineplex but now we don't :( ,also PvP quick since spam clicking and slow regen (unless you have regen then well just your normal lifesteal battle)
