Base Charizard: $200-500 raw (PSA 8 - $800+) Base 2 Charizard: $100-300 raw (PSA 8 - $500+) 1st. Ed. Dark Charizard: $250-600 raw (PSA 8 - $700) Base Blastoise: $150-300 raw (PSA 8 - $300+) Those are the hightlights, unlikely they will fetch a PSA 10 or even a 9 as PSA has gotten better and being consistent with grades for pokemon due to all the hype. 10s are VERY hard in vintage unless its pack fresh and then it's still not a guarantee. Prices change weekly if not daily so there you go.

These cards look like psa 4-6 at best. Double stacked cards, unsealed binder exposing them to different temp throughout the decades will do damage. These plastic sleeves are often loose collecting dust over the years.

@Josh Horton Do you think the price sill continue dropping over the next half year as everyone who's gotten theirs sent into PSA starts to get theirs back? I honestly think everything except Charizards and a few holos will slowly crash in the next year or two as people continue finding and grading all their old cards. The price has already started dropping, indicating the high demand at first has been met, all the collectors who were able to pay big bucks have already, and more and more people are going to continue finding cards even as these big collectors have bought all they wanted. It'll only get worse the more cards people find, and the slower PSA gets.

Not really when he has to wait a year to send the cards off and have them graded. They arent worth the prices they were saying unless they have been graded based on condition which that is an extra investment and by the time the cards even come back the pokemon market could crash.

No card in that binder he had was worth $2k as is. With grading and a little luck maybe, but i doubt it because binder kept cards can still show wear, damage over the years.

I have a binder that’s about 3x as thick as this. I’ve got every card from base set thru rocket. Plus some gym leaders. A few random promo cards, e3 pikachu, ancient mew, etc. random first editions like shadowless machamp. Not sure I want to go through all of the grading stuff but I know there’s probably 50-100k worth of cards in there depending on grading.

My grandson just sold 3 binders full of Pokemon cards that my daughter had from about the age of 12, so around 1997. I flipped through them quickly when I was there and they were cleaning out his close. I remember seeing Charizard, a yellow cheek Pickachu, and many holographic cards. My daughter never played with them. She collected them and put them plastic sheets immediately. He sold everything for $140. He could probably have sold it for thousands. 😟
