I know it is expensive to paint a house that hangs off a cliff, but it has an OCEAN VIEW! It will be so worth it! Great job with opening the house up, fixing the out of date electrical/plumbing, re-texturing the walls and replacing all the dated flooring. It is really starting to look good. I can't wait to see the numbers on this one, Elisa. Good job!
