When visiting Schuyler, Virginia we were blessed to get a tour of John & Olivia's Bed & Breakfast. What a fun step back into a wonderful time. Carole Johnson is the owner of John & Olivia's Bed & Breakfast. She took on an amazing project and brought this beautiful story of the Waltons back to life with a beautiful version of the Walton's TV show set. She captured all the details so beautifully. That brought back so many memories of snuggling up with a cup of tea to watch the Waltons, watching the children grow up was like watching our own children grow. When Granma had her stroke I thought she would be written out. I was so glad when she was not. The fact the story’s were based around a real family and written by one of them made it so much more enjoyable to watch. Thank you both for taking me down memory lane. ❤️🌹

as a kid growing up I lived in Lebanon, CT. The old man who was called grandpa (aka Geer) founded the street I grew up on. Their family plot was in a cattle pasture across the street

You found a real treasure! I still watch The Walton's every evening and I enjoyed this tour very much. Mayberry, in Mt. Airy NC is another fun experience, just don't go on a Sunday as many of the buildings are closed. The diner was open, and the Southern cooking was great!

Being from canada my trip 20 years ago to reno and taking a guided tour on a tin can bus of the area. Was the hylight of my life. I saw the Bonanza TV show set. I brought back so many memories of my childhood. It is so fun to find treasures.
