Fun Fact: A lot of the non-chibi Godzilla plushies shown were not produced by Japanese companies, but rather were manufactured in my neck of the woods back home in Kentucky (of all places) by a company called Toy Vault. I reget selling a couple that I used to have - they are impossible to find here in Japan.

The Matango figure would've got my money. That is a weird, weird film... based on a very old British short story 'The Voice in the Night'. There is also a toy Matango figure riding a little tricycle, which is rather cool. I'd also like a nice Hedora figure, coz Hedora is kinda cute, BUT a lot of the vinyls you see look more like a drunk student's home-made pizza than a smog monster.

Real shame if all the rest was lost. Wish I could get the whole thing and paint it up nice. I don't have the space to keep it, but that Baby design is easily the best a juvenile goji has ever looked. For me it would have to have been a Mechagodzilla, the bigger the better! The only Godzilla film that had a UK release as far as I know was 'Destroy All Monsters' in about '78 and the only thing I really remember about it was that I was convinced that Mechagodzilla was the Gods bollocks! I'd love a Jumbo Shugun sized one to go with my Brave Raideen. It'd have to have at least one missile firing hand though! Great video Theo!😁👍
