I actually feel really sorry for Nathan. I think that he has powers, like Max, but he can't rewind time. He can predict the future. There is an erased audio where Nathan says: "I saw the storm, you're all gonna die!" When he told that to his dad, he didn't believe him so he made him drink the medicine, and that made Nathan very agressive (the fact that no one believes him). In episode 4, if you stay out of his fight with Warren, chloe will take his gun and leave, and Nathan will stay on thw floor, crying and saying: "Why doesn't no one like me?" So, yeah, something is telling me that Nathan is not bad at all. I feel bad cause everybody hates him :'(

I think you have to distinguish the fact he was on crazy drugs and that Jefferson took advantage of his daddy issues from the fact he killed and covered up Rachel. BTS and LiS never gave you the opportunity to reach him which will always be the biggest flaw of the game but at the end of the day he caused a lot of destruction to the point where he earned his death
