I agree with what you said on a base level but when Malena said that stuff at the end, it made a lot of sense to me. So I think the right call would be to make it clear what her no tolerance rules are at the get go before perma-banning someone (which I believe is what she did decide to do at the end). Like if a person makes one comment about Ludwig and it seems likely they are new to your channel, they shouldn't be sent to the shadow realm never to return. Sexism, racism etc., does deserve that treatment though. At the end of the day, it is her chat and she can choose to do what she wants but I feel her no tolerance policy stems from the fact she likely deals with that stuff regularly and is quick to stop it when she sees it no matter what.

To be fair, the girl was just giving her opinion as a suggestion kinda. At least thats how I saw it. Didn't warrant a ban in my opinion. Then what she said kinda made sense just in a weird way, the way she meant it was "you banned me before I could learn more about you" kind of thing. But it is true that a lot of people watch certain streamers because they interact more with chat, thats why you see a lot of "I miss X Streamer when they were small" because there are less people to interact with meaning generally you have more chance to be interacted with. Personally I don't watch twitch but I do understand it. Basically the idea of twitch compared to youtube is that its live, and the streamer interacts with the viewers more. So its not being entitled to say so. Twitch not for me tho, I prefer youtube I don't like interacting with the content makers, its like tv the way prefer it.

Streamers are never entitled to read your messages and this girl clearly craves that attention. Yes, I’m probably getting way too upset but imo she doesn’t come off genuine at all.
