Raisin Bran whether it's original or the Raisin Bran Crunch are great cereals. And possibly the most nutritious cereal. Ok there's a bit of sugar. But you've got those good whole grains and fiber and those raisins and then if you have the crunch version you get the oat clusters with some cinnamon.

These guys seem to give high marks to Frosted Flakes but that's just way too much sugar and it's corn based so it doesn't have the same qualities as wheat or oats. Rice cereal is no point.
