The suitcase is at the top of your motel office. Also you have to clear the garbage bin in every room after each stay checks out. Get Toilet paper holders and shelves for washrooms and add paintings to rooms to make them look more aesthetic. Setup another computer system in shop too so you can order and change prices as soon as you restock products.

You can empty the trash cans because they can get full,if you get cleaners they can clean inside the motel rooms and everywhere else,also try to get the same sheets and stuff for most of the rooms because if you get house keeping they might fuck up the beds and make it different sheets

upgrade the warehouse and buy storage shelfs and when u get delivery with stuff for rooms u can just throw them on warehouse shelfs then u can acces the stuff straight from the rooms , also same with shop items , just label the shelfs with every single item then hire an employ on the warehouse , i think ( i m not sure) he will take the boxes from warehouse and put them on the right shelfs.
