@@rainsenju1120 well they do need to do more than eating healthy food. Basically they need to exercise for two hours for 5 days of a week. They really can't just eat healthy food and expect to lose weight you can but it's slow process to lose weight from eating healthy food. It's going to take Michael a lot of confidence to lose that weight. Then when he finished he need to get laparoscopic hernia surgery on that hernia in his belly button. That right there is the worst health risk he has on him and his weight . I know because I have two hernias in my belly button and I needed laparoscopic hernia surgery to correct it. He needs to lose about 50 lb then get the surgery and then lose a hundred more pounds. If I could do it he can do it .I used to be 400 lb just like him and I exercise everyday stop drinking soda pop completely.and i Stop eating three plates of food and all that stuff and I lost 150 lb from it back when I was in 26 years old. Now im 40 and right now my weight is 318 .last November I weighed 355 lb and now I weigh 318. Because of confidence . I'm never going back to 400 lb ever again. And I hope Michael and Bridget sees this. I'm not trying to be rude or anything I'm just trying to tell them it's more better to change your life.For the best I hope he loses weight I hope he does it for himself and I hope he does it for Bridgette and Mia. Michael is a great father and Bridgette is a great mother and if anybody says they're not great parents are dumb . And I really don't want to see anything happen to Michael cuz he's a cool person a careing person .
