Please like this so Kenny sees: I was a skinny guy too (at one point nearly died because of health complications with my stomach). This is how I bulked up (I’m now 5”7 65-68 kg at 24 - when I was sick at 22/23 I was 40KG). 1) be active. It’ll force you to NEED to consume more - running, gym, anything to make you move and physically demand more calories * try and remove barriers to exercise (it’s easy to say “I can’t be bothered to go to the gym” when you’ve got to drive there or get a bus - build a home gym or run around your block) 2) find foods you like and eat it in abundance (I make a stir fry that has a minimum serving of 900 calories and can get up to 3000 calories depending on the serving and how hungry I am) and also try and eat soft foods - mashed potatoes, noodles, pasta. Softer foods are easier to break down and they’ll go through you easier so you can eat more (you’ll also spend less time digesting them - a large part of our calories is operating as a human) 3) drinks are your friend ESPECIALLY IN AMERICA. Drinks are readymade calories, maybe even google protein shakes (I’ve personally used Scandishakes - chocolate - and Prosource Plus).

I wanna say as a guy who was born in 2002 and graduated in 2021, I'd say the kids stopped going outside phenomenon has gradually been growing for decades up to this point. That being said, I was going to add that being in sports is another aspect that keeps a kid outside and able to enjoy the "play mentality".

as a fellow 21 graduate i agree cause as a kid i was outside but even then my parents said it wasn’t like when they were kids. i remember being 10 years old walking to the park and stores with my cousins i think they’re right saying phones are bad too young. but i think the biggest thing is kids don’t play outside or together anymore. i really believe the play based childhood is gone and thats why our generation is so sad.
