Only do it on a day that feels really right to you.. if you’re feeling down or too anxious, hold off until you feel the time is right! If you’re using it for depression and anxiety, maybe just try microdosing. It shouldn’t get you high if you microdose correctly, but I’ve heard it works well for depression and anxiety. I know someone who puts a small amount of shrooms in pills and takes it daily I believe.
