@@kaoskustomgarage1741 ok so you want your mother to have range anxiety? I mean I own an ebike, but it is far inferior to gas. It can barely get me five miles to the store, and five miles back. not to mention, I got the tiniest scratch in the bicycle computer, and it shorted out when I was driving in VERY light rain. Shorted out the motor controller also. Had to wait 2 months for Lectric to get their ass in gear, or rather the Chinese supplier they buy from, before I got my parts. Electric bikes are good if you live in the city, and are close to everything. For a fat middle aged guy out in the country with hills, forget about it. Though it *is* nice that you're giving a gift to your mom.
