The house is looking Great Jay, we did Northern Thailand last year and although Chiang Rai is very beautiful we really loved Pai. The countryside was fantastic and it was very relaxing and the people were very friendly, I highly recommended a visit.

Maybe you should look at using the cylinder head temp sensor that AUs onwards use. Goes into the back of the head well away from the thermostat housing.
