I've never seen either. To costly to spray again. Usually when beans are ready to combine the weeds have stop growing around here though this year there was a few weedy fields being farmers were to wet to spray.

Is the finger timing on your auger out of adjustment? Do you have the serrated feeder chain?
@Thomasfarmstn
@Thomasfarmstn Күн бұрын
I’ve messed with the timing a little, not much because it was feeding in earlier. Yes we have the serrated.

Man this year just keeps giving doesn't it 😳 I am a rookie, what causes the white mold ? Hopefully y'all can find a spinner!! Hope the last 90 acres went better for y'all!! Thank you Russ for bringing us along!! 🌱🌱🌱😁😁🇺🇲🇺🇲

Not for sure on the mold. I’m sure it’s alright but the elevator will get docked when they sell it too. Someone down the line is crooking us.

Suggestions? I fought a 1020 for over 20 years . Macdon fixes that shit

I@@ThomasfarmstnI hear that brother, we fought one for a long time, we finally bought a draper head this fall. Best decision we ever made.

Looks kinda like our field of green soybeans. A green carpet. We've always had air reels on ours, feeds in good.

Howdy Russ, I hope ya'll are doing well, Why are you battling so many weeds this harvest, did your sprayer brake down ?? Stay safe, God Bless and Farm on my Friend

It stayed warm too long. Too much volunteer wheat and some I had cover crop flown in. Normally we would’ve had an earlier frost. Fields were clean until a few weeks ago.

Didn't you spray anything this year because look at your fields with all the weeds in them
@Thomasfarmstn
@Thomasfarmstn 4 күн бұрын
The fields were clean until a month ago. Late frost and staying warm for too long made it grow. Some of it is where I had ryegrass and crimson clover flown in over the top as a cover crop.
