We are building a pool and would like to know what your interior finish is? Mini pebble? What color?

Congratulations! 🤗 we have white plaster. From everyone we know with pebble tec they regret going with it. Even our pool contractor didn’t recommend it but everyone is different you might like it🙂

Would you mind sharing how much your pool build was? We got bid $90k here in Magnolia. It’s similar to what you guys have - 1050 sqft of extra concrete deck. Two variable speed pumps, in-floor cleaning. Fire pit. Retaining wall. Is that similar to what you paid?

Prices have definitely spiked up! Our builder mentioned to us recently, a pool like ours is now 8-10k more! The Pool itself before upgrades was 45k. Do some research on the on that in floor cleaner, I wouldn’t recommend after what I’ve learned. 😊 good luck and congrats!

45k is not bad . In vegas standard size pool plus spa is at least 80k. 90k to 100k with upgrades 🤦‍♀️

Omg I am going through the pool process right now in Florida and it’s been a huge headache. I didn’t even think to measure my pool and they put in the gunite…. They are estimating it take 8 months to finish my pool 🤦🏾‍♀️

What was the cost of just the construction of the pool? My wife and I live north of texas and the pool size is similar of what we are wanting. Just to get an idea of pricing

I honestly think area location matters and makes a difference in pricing. Our pricing breakdown showed the pool itself for 35K not including upgrades just the pool. hope this helps you get an idea, let ,e know if you have further questions :)

Who built your pool?

We went with Casey’s Pools of Texas, he’s been in business for years since the 90’s. I’m surprised to see how long he’s been in business with no communication satisfaction, he has an office in Katy but no one manages it but him so never answered phone calls. He builds quality pools but you have to learn to be patient.
