Ik its been a year but when ur puppy is asleep i recommend to do what you normally do, you dont have to be quiet around when she sleeps so that later in she is used to the noises you do in a daily basis and it wont disturb her, try to make noises to see where it makes her wake up and then try to later get that noise not to startle her while she sleeps
