I used to watch this every single day for one year straight. I absolutely adored this puppy, this video, and then I started falling in love with the entire breed. I was researching Finnish Lapphunds for so long, trying to decide whether or not it was right for my family. You see, we already had a dog, and we felt as though she would get along well with a Lapphund. My mum was hesitant, as she has only been good with very few dogs in the past. So we put it off for a while, deciding to wait until next year. And then, on August 4th of this year (2019), our dog passed away. And then we decided it was time. On September 2nd, we welcomed our brown Lappie Wookie into our family. I will forever miss my old dog, but I see her spirit in Wookie all the time.

I don't see how you could go wrong with a Lapphund. Smart, happy, energetic, calm, beautiful, cuddly. Very trainable. Off-leash is very doable. But, whatever you do, needs to be a part of it. Our Lappie always wants to help.
