Have you looked at the document? Ironmace devs (two in particular) are scummy as hell based on the allegations. I see no reason why Nexon would randomly file copyright/lawsuit against them otherwise. We're going to see these devs get pummeled into the ground financially, and I hope people aren't dumb enough to support them blindly and fund their actions.

I doubt its happened yet, I don't think nexon's in any rush to bring this to court so it'll probably be awhile till the official hearing. It is nice to know they're still developing the game though, even if it might turn into wasted effort if nexon wins. I'm surprised they aren't trying to purge any code that could be related and replace it with something homebrewed to at least be able to come out with the game eventually.
