Wait til you get into the construction rc stuff , excavator, dump trucks and dozers. We have all type and built courses in the backyard and side yards . Me and my son went crazy on the mini crawlers and we use the construction rc trucks to build the mini course's.

I got back in RC vehicles recently. While looking for parts for my real truck, I came across a 1/10 scale crawler of my exact truck. It was about $600 and RTR. I figured that I'm blowing about $5500 on a suspension upgrade, what's another $600 on a toy? Half a year later and I've built another crawler, added a UDR and Infraction, and now I'm going broke in the drifting scene. Stretching the wallet very thin, but loving every damn minute of it. It's such a great hobby, especially with the way the world is these days. Turn off the TV, silence the phone and go outside with your toys. I'm lucky enough to have a hobby shop right down the road from me that has a decent sized drift track. I've also met some cool people along the way, sharing set-ups, painting technics and just overall having good time.

I have a whole fleet of. 10th scale rc trucks/ drifter/a 4s slash, boats.....its a real fun hobby. Get some brass for the axles and those upgrade tires will be hooking up, you won't regret it

I have one of the 1/24 scale trucks, and 5 batteries total. Already have done some meta/brass upgrades to it to add more weight, and added some cosmetic upgrades. I have a new body coming for it, as well as a trailer. And its a lot cheaper to rot these things than an actual vehicle.

No just personally owned a tmaxx and it's the biggest pile of junk I've ever owned. Traxxas is a great brand but you have to put at least 500$ into the cars before they are compared to a losi or arrma that comes out of the box great.
