Yes and no. Before? Absolutely yes. This year? He's shown a LOT of growth and sometimes falls back into old ways. 3 steps forward, 1 step back. He deserves credit for showing up big in multiple playoff games so far this year. Let's not completely forget that. I believe KAT will bounce back. He's an emotional dude and it was Mother's Day today. I know ANT lost his mom as well -- but everyone responds differently. He probably put too much pressure on himself. I fully believe KAT knows he messed up and will bring it next game. But I don't know what we are going to do with Rudy. It's such an easy matchup for Joker. He backs Rudy under the basket and on defense all Joker has to do is get rebounds and make sure Rudy doesn't get lobs. We need to punish Joker wish speed and athleticism -- KAT & NAZ & ANT going downhill at Joker. EMBARRASS him. He's stuck in the mud and provides no rim protection. Dribble circles around him. Don't let him get off easy guarding Rudy. This just isn't Rudy's series.

@@weights250 what makes me confused is us letting aaron gordon freely take shots and sag off on defending him. he's a huge part of the reason on why the nuggets won this game. knowing he's been making three's for the past couple of games, rudy still sags off and lets him drain a three pointer. if we're all that good on defense, then we need to make an adjustment on him and trust our guys to defend their matchup. kat runs off to double jokic in the paint and ag gets an easy dunk. these guys need to box aaron gordon out!! make the adjustment! we couldve won this game if aaron gordon didn't have the shots that he did. wolves in 7

@drieddylan7322 We are doing to Aaron what Denver is doing to McDaniels, and there's good reason for it. He's a high flying dunker with a below average shot -- both teams are playing the percentages. Gordon all year averages 29% from three. You want to force that type of guy to be the shooter instead of Murray MPJ & Joker, who have proven to be high % shooters all year. Denver would rather make McDaniels beat them shooting the ball than ANT KAT & Conley, so they leave him open too. It's not a bad game plan, but sometimes, when you flip a coin 4 times in a row, it lands on heads all 4 times -- and you think to yourself, HUH, that's weird it's supposed to be heads 50% of the time and tails 50% of the time. And in fact, it will be over the long haul, just like Gordon will be a crappy shooter more times than not -- but luckily for Denver, he got very 'hot' two games in a row (including their less than desirable bench, which shot almost 100% from 3 point range last night) and that's what gave them the lead. The fact that Rudy and KAT and NAW played horribly last night along with the fact Denver had 4 non-shooters shooting almost 100% for the night .. and Denver still only won by 8, gives me plenty of hope that this is still a great series and Timberwolves will win again .. let's just hope they can win again 2 more times 👍

That's what happens when you give them hope on game 3. Team just gave that game away. Worst we look all season that game 3. Now they got hope and riding momentum and believing they can turn this around.

Finch you need to put towns on Joker and Rudy on Gordon. You also need to send multiple bodies on Joker when he gets into the paint and try to force turnovers. You need to start pressing like you did in game 1 and 2 before mid court. Focus on the defense. The offense will transition itself. Have Mike Conley as the primary ball handler. Base your offensive plays with him and Rudy on the pick and roll. You also need to get Rudy involved early so he's more aggressive on the defensive end. Same goes with Jaden McDaniels. Who made the first shot of the game and then he shyed away. Mike Conley needs to be more aggressive. Get him to take multiple three-point shots. Tell towns to back his Defender up until he's right next to the rim instead of taking crazy mid-range shots. Doing all of this willl take the pressure off of Edwards. Time to get back to Timberwolves basketball. We believe in you coach!

Hire me for defensive coach. I know how to guard nuggets, and shut them down. Lots of low iq people in the league. Matter of fact, I know how to shut lots of people that are currently in the league down. I know how they play. For example, all due respect to Jaden, and he is my favorite wolves, but during a play, when jaden was guarding overrated Murray, I literally called out that Murray was gonna pull a step back jump shot, and for jaden not to fall for it, and yep, called it. Jaden fell for it, Murray got the step back and the bucket. I know how the current players play, what they can do, and can't do, and how to guard them correctly, what to live with, and how to gamble with who and who. God is my witness, and those that know me personally, know that I catch how people play. Even jokic, I know how to effectively block his shot. Many say his shooting form seems unblockable, but I've examined it, and know an effective way of defending it. However, I refuse to say because I won't get credit. For example, during the regular season, when the warriors finally figured how to guard certain players like Westbrook, not even bothering guarding him at the 3 point, and even daring him, I was like, dang the league is slow, finally only figuring out how I would guard certain players. What to live with, and where to go, and etc.

And if you were, you're probably 12 and don't understand basketball. Aaron Gordon (non-shooter) shot 11 for 12 from the floor and Denvers bench, which is not usually good at all, shot almost 100% from 3. Do you understand NO MATTER WHAT your gameplan is, you're probably going to lose those games when the "others" are completely on 🔥. That happens sometimes in the playoffs. Only ANT played well, and we still only lost by 8. We WILL be back and everything will be fine. Coach is doing great 👍
