Hue Hotel is so much better than Henann Lagoon Boracay!
Day 2 and 3 of our Boracay weeklong trip and we decided to transfer to Henann Lagoon Boracay from Hue Hotel. We transferred from Hue hotel where we were staying from the first day and we started having issues the moment we arrived.

From distant, unfriendly staff, to charging corkage for food and charging for gym use. The view and the room at Henann is good but the service is really abysmal. We'd give the hotel a 2.5/5 star personal rating and recommend staying at Hue Hotel instead if you're planning to visit Boracay.

2 years of pandemic, until now di mo pa rin na master ung min health requirements? iba ang boracay sa cebu, to a certain level, kailangan nila protektahan ang island nila dahil di naman yan kasing laki ng cebu. reklamo dahil wala maibigay na mask, sana nag effort ka bumalik sa room mo.

Thanks for taking the time to watch the video and leave a comment. But we know the minimum health requirements very well. Weird lang kasi diba mas ma protektahan nila nag Boracay if they made the masks more available sa lahat ng stations nila? And besides, it's not about "Iba ang Boracay sa Cebu", kasi we stayed in 3 different hotels during our 7-day trip. Sa 2 other places wala na man kaming problema. It's more like iba ang Henann from the other places to stay.

Hindi naman kami Henann haters, pinili namin mag stay dun. But as creators we wanted to be very authentic and genuine with sharing our experience, good or bad. I hope if Henann staff ka or defender you'll take this as constructive criticism to let the management know that their service could use some improvement.

@@Migzophrenic Certainly not a Henann staff. Was there 1 week ago as guest, but that’s beside the point. Why would one complaint, when it is your responsibility, no one else but yourself.

I guess mas ok if maging self accoubtable tau instead na prang naging fault nun hotel na hindi sila nagpprovide ng mask..pinanood ko un vlog because of the title na bad experience 🤐🤐 went back and ---- HORROR STORY pa nga 🤦🤦🤦

I hope pinanood mo ng maayos ang explanation to see that it's not just about the mask: - Apart from the fact na HINDI FREE ang masks nila sa hotel; - Poor quality talaga service nila, hindi friendly ang staff esp sa reception compared to the other hotels in Boracay; - We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. Nag ask kami twice for the room to be cleaned after the first night but hanggang nag checkout kami wala talagang pumunta para mag clean. We're just sharing OUR bad experience. You don't have to agree. If you don't agree pwede naman kayo pumunta dun and share nyo din experience nyo.
