I like it when you hold up the Japanese products to the camera so I can get a read of them. As far as I can tell the buckets are Oyatsu brand ramen. The red bucket is Tonkotsu Ramen (noodles in a Pork soup broth) and the white bucket is Soy Sauce Ramen. 🍜🎌

it is not "Bourbon" (Bur-ban) as in American knock off of Whisky. it is "Bourbon" (Bor-bon) as in the French royal house of Bourbon, which gave its name to the "Bourbon Biscuit" which is 2 chocolate biscuits sandwiching a chocolate cream filling.
