For what it’s worth, the bottle of Bailey’s that I have says it should be stored between 0° and 25°C, which suggests that unless it’s going to get pretty warm, it is fine not to refrigerate it. The au gratin potatoes with chorizo that you made looked really, really delicious.

No, Baileys does not need to go in the fridge. Store in a cool place (below 25 degrees c) and Baileys guarantee’s that it’ll be ok for at least two years! Open or closed.🫡 (thanks Google😂)
