Cole, I appreciate your channel so much. My Dad passed on Christmas Day 5 years ago. He was a life-long corn/soybean farmer who loved raising Black Angus (much smaller scale than you guys, 40 head or so). Your videos remind me of so many good memories of him. Thank you and your Dad for that. Merry Christmas to Sonne Farms, God bless!

Ellie knows she’s got to roll in all the stinkiest nasty stuff on the farm. That’s part of her job of farm dog queen. Now there’s a song. ‘We got water runnin’ over and the fertilizer truck’s here’ 026 is a good lookin’ girl, that’s for sure. How satisfying is that? First it won’t start then it does with a little boost. I want a Stroopwafel! Oh what a beautiful shot! Black cows standing on a golden field under a sky of white, yellow, blue, gray. Yeah, really nice. How is the calf with the gas doing now? I’ve wondered. Thanks for sharing! Storla Station

Spotting a Fox during the day is one of those things I was able to do a few times when I lived back in Ohio about four decades ago. Nothing but coyotes running the streets here in Southern California. Got to love those heated and chilled seats this time a year I hit the remote start on my Challenger to make sure I am comfortable when I take off in the morning. Kinda sucks you are running low on feed fortunately you able to get a load to get you by. You got to keep the livestock feed especially with a lot of them getting ready calf. Got to keep slinging that poo on the fields in hopes you get some rain next year.

As I work at tyres for a living, I was particularly interested in that part of your video. I also understand you have tire jet sealant installed., and I am also assuming that the tyre is tubeless. The tyre appears in the video as having lost some PSI but was not completely flat, this indicates that a nail or screw or something is embedded, and will loss some PSi in the park up position. To identify the problem, blow the tyre completely up to full pressure, and search with soapy water. If you identify a nail, pull it, and for a screw, use a screw driver to unscrew, so as not to damage the inner cord’s. Fully re air the tyre and put the problem area down on the ground, the tire jet fluid should kick in and run to and fix the problem. If no puncturing objects have been identified, your loss of psi could be from the tyre beads or valve stem area. Hopefully you don’t have a tube. I always advise my customers to go tubeless were POSSIBLE. 👍

I saw in a farm magazine to keep your water in the stock tanks from freezing to fill a milk jug with salted water and seal. Let it float in your tank to keep the water from freezing. And if it dies freeze the cattle can push it out of the way to get a drink. Haven’t Tried it yet.

That big cold reluctant-to-start engine,.... please have a look at the "Thermostart" system since I can see you have a nice long section of metal tube in the intake plumbing which could be modified with a "Flame Heater" with very few engineering difficulties. It's an old system but it works to provide a big slug of hot air which encourages combustion (gets it started).
