I get people wanna bring up how different shared experiences were, but that’s all due to internet changing how people grew up and what could trend and die quickly. 96-99 shouldn’t be considered Zoomers or Gen Z in the same argument that they don’t have enough of the same experiences as 2000s kids. They are a weird middle ground which is why some people have used the Zellenial term which I don’t have any strong opinions about. I think Millennial was fine, but no one is happy. I think even various research projects on generations haven’t come to a consensus what is the end point of Millennial and start of Gen Z.
