Pro tip for Martinsville. Let off the gas earlier and coast for a split second before getting on the brakes. It helps to set the car through the corner and gets you off better

I see the thumbnail of Millad's new Iracing video of him battling with Byron. This is what we love to see at the paperclip.

I could be wrong but I'm thinking that you read my comment from the last video. But yeah, the fuel weighs about 6.25 lbs per gallon on iRacing and does make a difference. Fortunately (and unfortunately) almost everything makes a difference. I mean the weather and track conditions also play a huge factor. (Still working on finding how Relative Humidity impacts the racing surface).

Iracing AI is still fairly new compared to the companies that have had ai for a long time. I think they will improve over time.

I would recommend trying to find a free CGV setup online, but if that isn't possible then use COTA or Sonoma since they have the most similar comfigurations, though I'd tweak it so you can avoid gear issues since CGV has very long straights

move brake bias to the rear, then brake drag through middle will help rotate

I’m guessing Elliott was trying to make pit road. I’ve had a race at Bristol where Reddick parked it in the wall parallel to his pitbox because he missed the entrance

I'd guess a Watkins Glen setup could work. Maybe with a bit less spoiler to get a bit more speed down the back straight.

You should show the leaders racing it for the win at the end if you know you're not going to win. I like seeing the TV view during the race.

There should be a “baseline” setup that you can use. Other then that, I’m not really sure. I’ve noticed that too, with some cars and tracks.

iRacing has fixed setups as an option.
@kellylaw2 жыл бұрын
@@kevinramsey417 I don’t think he was asking about fixed or opened setups. If you go under iRacing setups, they have setups listed for the tracks…like Daytona setup, Darlington, etc. There is also one called “Baseline” for some of the tracks. I don’t know if that has anything to do with fixed or open.

Is there a Road America setup? I have no idea. If not use COTA or if you want the least amount of downforce as possible, Daytona road course but I feel that the gear ratios for 1st and second won’t be the best.

Radman, the big problem i see here, you’re going too low in the entry of the corners. I’d try entering maybe a quarter of a lane or half a lane higher and try diamonding the corner
@JRrocksnascar12 жыл бұрын
Feel like corner exit you were sticking too much to the inside, would possibly be better if you let roll up on exit as when you turn the wheel back towards center and get more on the gas.
