I love that the kids enjoy riding atvs. I grew up on them with my big sister. Such great memories and I still have one I enjoy in my 30s. You’re never too old to enjoy a atv ride. My first thought seeing all your land is man what a great atv zone haha.

The best bagels are the oven bagels. Pop the bagel in a cold oven turn oven on to 350 when it’s done preheating take the bagel out . Soft warm inside crispy outside
