I don't think you've noticed, but when a Rider is retired, their ID Core disappears first (presumably back to the game master's hand, since repeated entries are given the same ones instead of new ones), then the player, leaving behind their Driver and Buckle(s). Whereas when a Rider is eliminated by a Jamato, the only thing remaining is their Buckle(s). After this episode, we can make an educated guess that both their Driver and cracked ID Core are taken by the Jamato side, a.k.a that old man. About the Fever Slot Buckle, when you hit a Golden Fever, you basically get a Boost Buckle. Usually there's only one large Buckle of each type that gets passed around among players, but when you have a Fever Slot Buckle, you always have a chance of rolling for any of the standard ones. The fun part begins when you also have a large standard Buckle equipped and you roll for the same form on the Fever Slot, you can get a form where both the top and bottom half comes from the same Buckle. In such a case, a golden accessory is also equipped, for Geats' case, a golden scarf.

so how the fever buckle works is that it gives you any armed and full buckle but randomized for the top part. a jackpot is getting a matching set like in this episode, ace was using boost and using fever he got another boost. so he has double boost. a matching set will also give the rider an additional power boost

Before I forget, between episode 15 & 16 the movie "Kamen Rider Geats × Revice: Movie Battle Royale" takes place. It's more of a side story for geats and isn't needed for the show as things they set up in the movie are also set up in the show. It's also a crossover movie so the first act is a continuation of the series before, Revice.

If you land on ??? you will get one of nine possibilities (Boost or one of the eight small buckles, and you won't know which one you get till it is on you) (special news will come when you put episode 12)
