Thank you all. You forget so many memories and watching him with his cart reminds me of my son. He didn’t have hair till he was almost 3, he had the fine spun hair that wouldn’t do anything. But he was a character and so much fun. You give me that joy. Priceless.

Happy Day Spomer family. Love your videos so much. Lucas's hair is just adorable and he is developing his own personality. So different than each of your girls. They are just precious but each is different too in their own way. Lucas is finding his way also. Jes you and Auston has got this. You are both wonderful great parents. As for your little mold problem check with a specialist on how to handle it. Because if you don't, you may run into more expense than you want if you understand what I am trying to say. For the kiddos if you're looking for art projects I think Michaels has make your own Christmas ornaments and I'm pretty sure there's even recipes on how to make your own Play-Doh ornaments online that might be fun for them that way you have stuff to collect for them when they're older and they start their families and or you know have their own Christmas trees and all that fun stuff

Just contact a professional painter to come in, and cut out a small portion of the ceiling and then repair and paint it. We had that done when we removed a ceiling light, and we weren’t going to replace it. Turned out great!

Just a fyi bleach doesn’t work on mold in porous surfaces. I would contact a local mold mitigation service and see if they do free consultations or maybe even inexpensive consultations before repairing anything to get the best advice for your situation especially if you’re dealing with mold on organic material such as wood or cellulose insulation.

I have a suggestion for your tree this year. Put the playpen back up but make it smaller and put the tree and gifts INSIDE it. That way Lucas can still have it to enjoy but won't be tempted to pull on the ornaments or get into the gifts under it. Then the morning of Christmas, remove the playpen.

I work in this industry kinda. My company test for it and the construction company or whoever is doing the repair usually cut 2FT from water damaged area. So that can be an idea to help

There's mold everywhere, even if it's not growing somewhere in the house it would most likely still show up. You will not be able to tell if it is harmful to human health without actually getting professionally tested, that is not a test you can do on your own. Mold is not inherently dangerous.

My 1 year old nephew threw a temper tantrum one day because momma wouldn't let him eat dog food. He was screaming so loud he covered his ears. He threw his head back when she asked if he was done. Then he touched a toy and it started making noise and his tantrum was over. It lasted 2 minutes. 😂
