Ganesh, I've noticed this in literally all the interviews I see you do with players. You continuously say "yea" as they're answering your questions. Why? It's completely unnecessary and quite frankly a little annoying. If it's an unconscious thing, I'd suggest muting your mic while they're talking. If it isn't, once again, why?? That aside, good interview as always.

My guess is it psychologically encourages the interviewed person to keep speaking

It's called holding a decent conversation and acknowledging their answer to your question.

@@dylanbishop4175 That's a perfectly fine thing to do in a normal conversation between two people. This is not that. These are interviews meant to be viewed by a large number of people who are likely fans of the players or at the very least curious about them. The continuous "yea" whether it's meant to be a continuous affirmation of them listening or not, does not serve the viewing experience of those watching the interview. So it simply should not be done.

@@zailentt this can be true if not done to the extent that this was, it was basically being said every middle of each sentence and if anything it can easily become distracting to the interviewed person. luckily it wasn't very loud but if it were me personally it'd throw me off, it's not a huge deal and something worth hating over but it is something that should be fixed since it can be done so very easily.
