I hope you’re alright! If you ever burn yourself don’t use ice. After you burn yourself your skin will continuously burn. Run cold water on it for as long as you can (pref up to 20mins) Ice only goes to the top layers of your skin but the water soaks through your skin down many more layers of your skin stopping it from continuously burning. I hope it gets better soon xx
