What a lovely and healthy discussion around this topic. And it is totally valid to not want to be pregnant while already feeling uncomfortable in your own space. Pregnancies already make you feel unlike yourself with all the new hormones and bodily changes. Until you feel content and safe you don't to put more on your plate. As that level of stress and discomfort could be potentially bad for both mother and child. Jin validating Hattie's worries and concerns, and Hattie communicating that just shows how great yall will do once yall become parents.

Hi Jin, Hi Hattie! I'm currently in a similar situation to you guys. I'm housesitting for my sister and as much as I tried to make it a comfortable place for me and my partner, you just can't force a house to feel like home. As humans we need comfort and we need to feel cozy and safe - and if a place doesn't provide that, no one should feel guilty about needing to start anew. I hope you can take us to your new place - those are my favorite kinds of videos! Life will work itself out for all of us, even if we have to change everything up quite a few times. Cheers 💓

Hattie is right. If you aren’t comfortable where you are living it does affect you mentally!!! Better to find out now that where you live is not working. So proud of Jin for supporting you and just being a really good fit for you as a couple. When the time is right a baby will come and it will be the right time. Sending you hugs Hattie 💕 I’m also living abroad, in Japan with my husband, and the place we are staying at now (which was his place before we got together) is not so good for my brain and anxiety either. I don’t feel truly home here, and the location is also not the best for me but anyway, we’re also looking for a place we would live peacefully at least 4 years with future pets and children in mind, and just the fear to find a place which would not be good at the end makes me scared. So yeah, I’m glad you’re able to move quickly and it’s definitely better to move now than waiting too long. Take care of yourself 💖
