I am very sorry to hear that someone is out there that wants to hurt you and your family. Instead of moving try to catch this person. A stalker needs control and every time you move it only adds to the power this person has on you. By staying put and not changing any of your information it empowers you. Talk to the police and even the pizza stores about this stalker. Set up code words for your kids to use with their friends. You have more folks in your corner than that stalker does. Omar you should get some cameras that connect to your phone. I have some from amazon and it sends a notification to my phone if someone's near it and it'll show who it is. Super helpful. I use it for my dog or when I'm home alone.
