Though tensura collabs have always been stingy. Looks at all the collabs they have done in the past. I think grand summoners was the only collab they had full roster in. Subsequent it was always only 3 to 4 so even then i think its just sad that it has to be this way

They will be at least decently good. Hopefully no S tier but this just means that its sooner or later gonna break the f2p. This will also break the cycle of people who joined late as true limited are a bigger threat then ever. Looks at old collab characters returning with rebal and uncap .They are good especially if you dont have the characters. Not a great director

$200-300 dollar gacha characters that may or may not ever return feel really awful. yes--arknights did rerun the rainbow six collab more than 3 years, almost 4 years, after it's first banner. and no, arknights players did NOT know it was going to ever return. collab characters on gacha banners more often than not are "you spend money now or you will never get them." this might be rainbow's only rerun in arknights, monhun may never rerun it's banner. or they could rerun them once or twice a year. and god help you if the character/weapons end up being meta because there is nothing stopping them from doing so. i am very new to gbf and this is my 1st collab i've been through but this is a rocky road to go down. i really enjoy gbf compared to other gachas now a days but i really hope i'm just being overly worried.

Also the part where Arknights make the spark for Rainbow Six unit very low. Just 120 pulls guarantee. Cygames never lowered the spark cap.

Even Call of Duty:Mobile (also by Tencent) collabs comes with paid gacha for collab operators or gun skins but eventually do re-runs a year later with the same lineup incase you didn't get it the first time you can still continue w/c is quite generous imo. If they're gonna push this Tensura collab with paid gacha collab, those characters they better be strong else it's a stupid move. Heck strong IPs like One Piece, JJK or MHA didn't get this treatment yet they still have core collab units.

Personally have to agree a lot of bad moves were made by the director , knowing kpi and knowing that the player base has shrunk , even with relink increasing the popularity and newer players entree into the mobile game , the speed at character has been released + all the events and etc. Its hard to farm enough gems nowadays first point . The summer blow out now gone is also a low blow . Subsequently making halloween now having good characters make it a lot harder to save. And then comes grand , providence etc. They have been making a lot of series and making it harder to save every year. The freebies dropping and the raids requiring newer chara makes it a lot worse. Down the line i dont see a way back unless KMR stops nodding and rethink how the game should go. Or probably kmr gave up on gbf and decided to make a new project as GBF tbh has aged badly. I dont mean gameplay or story or whatever . Its just a gacha in general can only survive so long with so many characters and rebalances . Once it exceeds , they have to start culling . They have culled but its only starting . With the introduction of limited juutens and evokers . I can only imagine the hell thats coming . Also having the collab , it could start the precedence that gbf is the weaker side or making 2 + 2 +1 a habit. I just hope that isnt the case. Down the line i think any more bad moves might make me stop playing as well. Relink still playing of course but yeah. On the bright side , new class new raids. We can now play with m3 toys sooo yeah .... Everything else even rebal are superfluous at this point (directing your attention away) Also looking at gw , ex+ is a huge nerf being that ppl wanna do ex+ for token farming nerfing token farming means harder time as a new player to get the gw weapons. Not bar saying even some veterans are still farming 150 , sooooo its not great at all . Also salutation to kmr for trying his best on gbf and all other project . As a priconne player also , the game has been aggressively money hungry recently , i feel that cygames in general is either not doing as well as investors hope . Or something gone wrong down the line . Lets hope the omen doesnt get worse. And its past the point where we point at uma musume for the drop in quality.

Meat greatly increased on EX+ so if i can get away with farming less and get more meat in return then ill expend a button or 2 to do 35m, otherwise i guess i can spam EX like i do EX+ currently. Also them bringing nm100 to day1 means no more burning 6k meats on 95, so overall i'll need less meat and ill take that. Also what SR and R characters do for me: Gives me weekly SR and R medals when i pro+. 🙂

@@miirico5398 just me assuming but greatly increased may be doubled so 16-20 instead of 8-10. If lucky then it'll be closer to a golden monster proc for around 35 with the golden going up to around 50. But realistically double might be what we are looking at.

correction on the ak collab gacha, no, they are not gone forever, they will have re runs (R6 had one in CN 2 months ago), and the banner is much more f2p than a normal limited unit (120 spark with 20 free pulls vs 300 spark with 22 free pulls and two 6 stars in rate up)

what i can guess from ex+ hp is that they want to make new ex++ without actually have a new difficulty. what they doing is remove the current ex and push current ex+ down to become new ex and make new ex+ which can be considered as ex++ by current difficulty. but just speculation though, have to see the new meat drop rate. or else, they really over react to 000 meat grinding LMAO

This may be a bit much to ask, bit storytimes about older/early days GBF would be cool to hear about. I enjoyed the parts about old GW, like the eyeball monster being an actual boss. Also not a fan of the gacha collab. That'll just be a lose-lose situation. They could do something like ban the characters from GW, but then players can't fully enjoy them, or make them so bad that they're mostly for fans to play with them. Either way, limited gacha characters is just a bad idea overall I feel. Also can't wait for Caim to be a must have for other elements if he keeps his S4 and has ele switch in his kit.....

As long as they handle Evoker and Eternal seasonals the right way, it should be fine. You can't have the seasonal variant in the same element, especially for Evokers. For instance, if the Evoker seasonals are frontline-focused, having them in the same element would mean giving up their backline passive from the original Evoker. All of them need to be in different elements to avoid overlap.

35m hp seems to be doable easely with 2-3 buttons and no ougi on magna grid. Hrunting can go down to a single button. Sucks but i think is not that bad if you have your fa setup properly.

problem is hrunting and efficiency wise , having to press button on ex+ is not favorable but doing ex puts a strain on pots which hardcore players kinda have problems having pots without trading dmm points for .

@@windrunner8497 they said it will increase drops, if it goes from taking 6 seconds to 10 seconds a clear but go from 14 average to 25 is still around the same time wise but better pot wise. Also nm250 won't use meat as host material but one you get from nm200 so you'll need in general a little bit less meat.

@@neuplop Likely ppl who would do nm250 are the ones who has the chara and grid pieces in the first place . Also i didnt state this here but ex+ now is harder unless you ougi which is fine since i do use ougi on some elements. Problem is having to press buttons means slower token generation. Unless you finished 150 and a lot of token grind , slowing down is still not preferable even with meat increase , i also do make use 0 b on some days of gw for meat within short amt of time , so far dk how it will affect the minor honor gain as well . This is also trying to combat honor increasing to ridiculous level , partially caused by themselves due to celestial weapons

That gacha talk is so fucking real man. I despise how Hoyoverse games being soo mainstream and "get used to it mindset" led their system being the standard gacha nowadays. Making you gacha using premium currency for character AND weapon at the same time is bad already, but now they make multiple premium currencies for it? For standard banner and limited one and there's even for weapon now? That shit is ass. Don't get me started with the conversion of one premium mats to another thing. This type of stuff limit the freebies they can give to you and make normal amount seems big or generous. Here's 300 hundreds x!! Which then you can convert to a one and a half pull in a 0.6% rate of getting an SSR. What a steal! And they still wonder why gacha game has very bad rep

The problem with GBF I see is that its too demanding your attention... then it demands your money out of rotation. The problem with GBF is that beginner farm as unbearably slow if they don't hit damage cap to be able to skip M2 farming. Welfare units are designed to fix that a bit. Putting them on gacha defeats the purpose. KMR learnt from this, and even if his Summer Scratcher were outrageous salty spitoon, it still a freebies galore and they can remedy that rather quickly. Whoever replacing KMR is gonna get put under microscope so we wont have another HMR Monkeygate fiasco. Also this game NEEDS new players and boost them more than ever also prop the IP as a whole.

I'm lacking so much in this game still. I'll admit that my first problem comes from laziness. I don't like how I have to make a different grid for seemingly every high level raid. And when you have lots of characters, it's just overwhelming choosing who to use. The other part of my problem is that I don't like raids that I cannot solo or just random pub.

Faasan, to me, was the best raid experience i've ever had; With KMR not being the main producer, no wonder after his raid, all new content they were adding was kinda bad: I didn't enjoy (still don't) V2 battle, i dislike the way Arcarum is made; i like GBF as a coop game i play with my friends, why on Earth would i play a singleplayer only mode that's just 1 skill mashing for 99% of it? Bubs was meh, and nothing after really was any fun. Gilbert was the only PotA fight i actually enjoyed cause it felt more like a puzzle battle where 2 of the characters needed were free. I've stopped playing GBF since 7th Anniv, came back for the 9th Anniv event, was somewhat happy to play again, kept playing until they released the Kaguya weapon, which made me quit the game the same day

I'll say for the example of Arknights collab with R6S, the collab will come back eventually (so far in CN only as its 6 months ahead). Also while Ash was definitely pretty good, she was not a ground-breaking character as she was marginally better then Exu (due to Ash having more CC and def penetration, whereas as Exu gains a lot more from buffs due to the multipliers on her skills but struggles without buffs to penetrate higher defense targets)who was a regular banner 6*. I would say the MH collab was a better example as it hasn't returned yet (even in CN) and Yato-Alter was far more broken then Ash was (tho even then she was also competing with Texalter who played a similar role as a fast-redeploy assassin).

If slime is still an ip in 5 years good for them but i doubt it so much. And yato and texas alter are so much newer than Ash you're comparing units with 5 years of powercreep behind them.

gacha games are all really unique in their handling of this stuff, we have no way to know. if past collabs are anything to go by there is an 80% this stuff wont rerun ever and a 20% chance it comes back after 5+ years.

@@neuplop 3 years to come back actually as originium dust was in August 2021 and Lucent arrow will presumably be before 2025 in global, tho I do understand your point and I won't argue that collabs in general are the peak of fomo, I was just simply correcting that Sora said it never comes back. I also wouldn't be surprised if Tensura is still an IP in 5 years as there is still a lot of the anime to go, even if the LN has been finished for a while now. All you have to do is look at the fact there are still FMAB collabs that happen and FMA's been done for a long time now. As far as the Yato alter comparison to Ash, I'm simply talking about their impact as Yato alter came in and while yes there were characters like Texas alter who could do similar stuff, she was still broken in comparison to most ops, whereas Ash was pretty comparible to other operators who had been available since launch and other snipers at the time like Exu and Archetto. None of the other operators on her banner were particularly standout either as Frost was basically as good as Robin who was a welfare and Blitz was basically only useful for silence and Lappland was a far more consistent silencer and she was available since launch as well. I just think the MH collab is a better example of the issues with collab events.

It took a very long time to comeback. And before the announcement, almost no one expected the 2nd collab, meaning fomo was at its peak. Not to mention, while R6 did get a rerun, we cant say for sure for the other collabs, so most ppl would still feel forced to get a unit who could potentially never come back. As for the Ash not being meta breaking. I agree, but I ll also argue that there is still no other unit who can do what she does, insanely high burst on demand for high DEF enemies, something Exu struggles w. Same for Yato, she does something very unique n is insanely strong. And both of them enable the combo of Exu+Ash or Yato+Texalter. This is huge, because in AK there is never rlly a direct powercreep, n being able to use 2 units who excel at something somewhat similar but still unique, opens up a lot of strategies. Thats why limited collab units r so bad in AK, even worse when they r this strong.

@@quangtuantran7181 I think you're overestimating how important Ash is. There are tons of characters who can do way more burst dmg against high def enemies currently. Even back when Ash first came about, we had characters like Surtr (for ground targets), SilverAsh, even Ceobe had good ST dmg against armored targets. Nowadays, we have so many better options then Ash in comparison like Typhon or any other heavyshooter basically. Also, while powercreep has been minimal in AK, there has definitely been quite a bit over time like with Schwarz/Pozymka or with SA/Mylnar (both of these are not complete powercreep, but do very similar roles and outpace the previous unit in damage). I understand that collab units can stop you from getting certain characters, but most collab ops in AK have characters that can play similar roles like Texalter for Yato-alter (or to a lesser degree Phantom or Nearlter), or any AA sniper for Ash and just about any of the 5* collab ones have characters that can do very similar things to them (as I said before Frost/Robin, Blitz/any silencer basically, Tachanka/most lord guards or instructor guards and for Noir Alter he's pretty similar to any other musha guard.) .
