I’ve been following since before Jordan! I was in college studying education and loved your student teaching videos. It’s been beautiful to see you grow and evolve as you had Jordan, started staying at home, and now Hallie. I feel like I’ve grown too, and it’s like having a digital best friend to grow alongside. Thank you for sharing your life and your heart with us all these years!!

I first found you when you were teaching before Jordan was born. I fell away from vloggers for a year or so, but I've been back quite consistently for several months now and I just really appreciate your content. As an elementary teacher turned stay at home Christian mother who is slightly behind you in child age (my baby will be 2 in the spring) it's been a blessing to me getting a glimpse of what is to come. Thank yo for sharing your life and heart with your audience.

I’ve been here since before Jordan. My “baby” girl is 27 now. I don’t know that I would describe my daughter’s birthday as sad, it’s a bittersweet time of reflection, gratitude, and recognizing that although her entrance into this world was far from ideal, and her childhood was not the perfect journey I anticipated, I would not change a single moment. She is married, she’s a doctor, and though I ache for the days when she snuggled in my arms, I see all the ways God has moved in my life and hers. I see the blessing she is to her patients. I see all the difficult times He guided us through, and I see how He is working in our lives, always guiding, guarding, and directing us. The journey of motherhood is not for the faint of heart, but it is such a bittersweet, beautiful blessing.

I’ve been following since your teaching years before Jordan. ❤ I found you when I was pregnant with my baby girl and now my sweet girl is 6. I have to say birthdays do not get easier but, each year gets sweeter to see them grow into their own personalities both spiritually and physically. I love the questions my daughter has now about her faith in Jesus and also just life in general. Just want to encourage you that even though you have changed in great ways since having kids you are so fun to watch and see you grow. Like someone else said I feel like you are a digital best friend. I genuinely get excited every Sunday to watch. ❤ May God bless you and your family this Christmas season.

I have been following since you started the vlog. It has been a joy to see you grow as a teacher, wife, and mother. I have loved recently seeing your maturation in your walk with God too! On another note, my baby girl graduated high school in May and is going out of state for school in January. I cried over all 4 of my girls being grown up. If I could go back and do it all again, I totally would. But the wonderful thing is not that it is over, but that it ever happened and their eternal souls are in God's hands and my prayer now is for their eternal future. I love them as adult people and to keep making memories each year with them is a blessing. I don't want to take that for granted. So yes, be sad for a bit, but also be so thankful for what is coming!❤

Just a few days ago I deleted tik tok, IG and Facebook, I don’t know for how long but I know I needed a break. I’m only using Pinterest and KZbin if I’m going to consume any type of content and WOW. I feel SO MUCH BETTER!!! I’m finding so much more joy in motherhood and being present. I’m not constantly looking for the next time to scroll, I have so much less anxiety and way more motivation and creativity. I don’t know if I ever want to re download!! (Maybe just for keeping up with family) but yes yes yes I agree. It’s such a bad addiction and a way for the enemy to just damper us down

Puffcorn (make sure it is not white cheddar!) and melted white almond bark. Lay it out on parchment paper and sprinkle Christmas sprinkles until "dry". EASY and always a crowd hit!

as a mom of 6 ranging in ages 6m all the way up to 18-i can tell you that it will never get less sad on their birthdays. in fact, it gets sadder. 😂😩

An easy thing is get crescent rolls, sausage and cream cheese. I cut them in half from top to bottom and fill with cooked sausage mixed with 8 oz cream cheese. Then cook according to crescent rolls pk. It will easily fill two pks crescents. Always a hit! Agree about social media and I also don’t let myself get on like I used to. Been following you since before Jordan and you had teacher content. Love your Christian content!

Been here since your first year of teaching! Found you because of your classroom set up videos. I was a first year teacher the same year as you and also setting up my classroom 😊 love following your journey! Ps we also had babies at the same time 3 months apart so that was fun too watching your pregnancy vlogs and I was right there with you 😅

I do not use Tik Tok or Instagram much anymore and it's so nice and much more peaceful. I am very choosy as to what I watch and if it does not bring me joy, I do not watch it, or even unsubscribe from it. I've been watching since you were a first grade teacher and loved your teacher videos :)

The best stain remover that I use is a little paste of equal parts Dawn, baking soda, and peroxide! Once you make it in a little paste just scrub it on the stain and let it sit for a few hours- I haven’t found anything it doesn’t get out! Including blow outs 🤣

All my clothes are stained in that exact same place too. I usually just keep wearing them around the house anyway... 😂😂 A piece of hope for you maybe, is that for some of my stained shirts, I've washed them so many times that the stains eventually came out just from wear lol Also, I have been here since before Jordan

loveeeeee your thoughts on phone addiction! not sure if you've heard of The Common Rule, but it's an amazing book/lifestyle that is based on biblical principles for you and your family. It has lots of daily, weekly, and monthly rhythms tied into it about screen time and also other habits to build an intentional life. I found the book in college and loved it!
@MadiVisser1Күн бұрын
If you google it, you can access PDFs that have like an overview! But for example, one daily rhythm is turning your phone completely off for an hour each day and consuming scripture before phone :)
