Steve, Guinness in a can is nothing like Guinness from a pump and is a totally different class in Ireland, Try one in Ireland and you will love it. Hi guys. its not as fizzy as lager because its draught so it has a gas widget inside. Much better for your guts than lager which is over fizzy. When your pour it get a pint pot and tip the whole can upside down inside the glass. Then follow it up to the top. It wont fizz up and make a mess trust me. I stopped drinker lager years ago as it was killing me with all that gas. Stick with the guiness youll live longer 😉. Keep enjoying your travels....

Have a look at Getaway Geese, they did the wild Atlantic way, looked brilliant, only thing there are no rubbish bins as we have here, you have to go to a tip, every now and again I believe, I’m sure the girls at Urban Van Life can give you many pointers.

Me and Stacey love a Guinness. She has it with a dash of blackcurrant and I have it without. It's definitely better on draught. Keep supping it and it'll grow on you, plus it never makes you feel bloated.

Hi all , just be careful about drink Guinness it’s the making of Bonnie babies , I’ve had a few of the darks one here in NZ , when we travel to Ireland (3 times) had a few ( lots ) from the taps over there , but if your are going to travel through Ireland and if you travel south like around Coke way do try a Murphy that a nice drop . We had a lot of fun in Blarney pub , great place is Ireland very much like our country but a wee bit warmer here , cheers and safe travels John c (nz)

Ballycastle festival will be on end of August. Loads to see around that area - giants causeway etc. North is much cheaper than South. Belfast has a big Christmas Market. Derry sometimes. You can take ferry from Holyhead to Dublin also.

Guinness has changed over many years, i know many who would swear by drinking only bottled and of a certain characteristic, me I'm modern......🤣🤣....so on draught and extra cold if they still do it. The Head is everything......... Don't forget that part of the pleasure of draught Guinness is anticipation, a perfect one is poured slow, and you expect to wait till the head is put on after settling. Bottled is traditional and you can get export at 7 plus % alcohol !

Well done for trying the Guinness from a widget can. Back in the day I used to love a pint or two of Draught Guinness and absolutely loved it. I realise the can you had wasn't the "real" Guinness as we know it. As I have never been to Ireland, however I have heard that it was the best available. Make sure you try some draught Guinness when you go to Ireland.👌👍❤

There is an xmas market in the grounds of City Hall Belfast every year, haven't been but think it's mostly overpriced food and drink ... we don't do Xmas markets here like Europe does!! I'm not sure about down south. Make sure to visit N'Ireland as most youtubers just go to the wild Atlantic way, but there's plenty of places to visit here too ... dark hedges, giants causeway, titanic quarter, the Hartland and Wolf yellow cranes and lovely seaside towns! 😉
