Out of this world, beautiful!! For the simple walk that it was, the rewards were truly amazing. We did not expect to have those views at the end and we certainly did not do it justice with our filming, but it was a memory we will carry on with forever. Simply stunning!!

Yeh, and a bit crazy too, we found out the hike was closed shortly after our visit. Not sure how the damage was caused but there’s damage to the track making it unsafe, hence closed for the time being.

Awesome place! Reminds me of my backpacking experience of 3 day trekking with collegues to Shavlin mountain lakes in Altai. Didn't get to touch a tong of a glacier there due to a fast changing weather, but it was unforgettable anyways. Interesting name for a glacier...🤔 if I'm not mistaken there is a movie by the name of the same character - any connection?

Hey Alex, I think you’re onto something! I just looked it up and Rob Roy Glacier was named after Rob Roy McGregor, the same character from the movie and Scottish outlaw hero! Didn’t make the connection til you mentioned it 😜 We believe whatever the outcome from a good hiking trip, as long as everyone returns safely, there will always be great memories made and a sense of feeling alive to be achieved! The outdoors is truly the best kind of medicine 🫶🏼
