Tip: to keep the bolts under the hood from falling off the socket, put a piece of black electrical tape over the socket opening - adhesive side facing out. Another option is to put a strong neodymium magnet on the extension as close to the socket as possible - or do both. Spoiler looks great BTW

Idk if you'll even see this comment as old as this video is but I use a 3m eraser wheel for the more difficult adhesives. Doesn't hurt my paint at all and makes a 20+ minute job into literally like less than 5 minutes. Just gotta make sure to wax or polish and wax afterwards.

How are the sides holding up, with the single bolt? Any lifting? I noticed there are 3 holes... 2 extra bolts. I just bought this spoiler and my trunk is a virgin (needs to be drilled).

Yeah if your car didn’t come with a spoiler you need to drill holes or buy a trunk that’s already drilled

Yeah I am not sure that’s weird we didn’t drill any holes Colin’s car came with a spoiler from the factory and it already had all the holes we needed to install this spoiler unless the 2015 models had different spots for the holes on the truck

@@ItalianStallion410 I don’t think Ford is even selling yet. The tell tale is the missing holes for the gurney flap. Personally I would go with the Anderson composite one. Yes it’s $1600 for the spoiler and gurney but you gotta pay to have perfection. lol.

@@ItalianStallion410 no not that. On the rear of the “GT500 spoiler” are like 4 holes they are plugged when not getting the handling pack. When you get the handling pack a gurney flap snaps in. Tell tale it’s not a legit spoiler. I believe some cheaper ones still have. Not sure though. Anderson definitely does.
