To make it more interesting for the imposter what if you added a line for them to hit as well. For example the line for the win was -6. How about if you shot +3 and/or the impostor wasn't voted the impostor gets ice cream. That way even if the round doesn't go as planned the impostor still has to actively try still. The impostor still wins if you don't hit the -6 line but this adds a active goal for them to have keep trying to bring down the score.

Foundation, I hope you see this - For the sake of content, every imposter video should have two lines set beforehand: The initial line, following the same logic you have been using. Then, after a predetermined hole, you evaluate. If your score is worse than a predetermined score, the line gets moved to something more reasonable (also predetermined). For example, in this video, the initial line was -6. If, after hole 9, the score is +1 or worse, the line gets moved to -3. This fixes the situation of the imposter coasting & hopeless odds. And I don't think it makes it too hard for the imposter. Here's why. If the rest of the card is playing well, you won't be at +1 by hole 9, so the imposter's task doesn't change. The only way you are at +1 through 9 is because everyone is playing bad (or not good enough). So the imposter hasn't needed to get desperate anyway. Not sure the lines I mentioned are set correctly, but I think this principle would help you all have good content throughout the round. Love yall's content! Thanks!

Really need to play a full round before hand with the people you have NEVER played with. At the very least play a few holes so everyone is warmed up so there is no excuses. I GOT IT! I thought Reed instantly when his putt on hole 3 was SO BAD! It just seemed odd his play the whole time. Hunter I thought hole 1 was odd but I instantly thought Hunter on his second drive. It have watched enough of Hunter on that hole that he normally goes left ALWAYS on hole 3. At the end I was like it has to be Reed like the rest thought. Since statistically voting out the imposter was really hard and more likely it would remove someone who would want to play good. Assuming statistically there was 2 imposters since that is most likely to happen. There is a 2/5 chance it's the imposter being removed and 3/5 that the imposter won't be removed. Which means it would be instead of 2/5 imposters last 9 holes it'd be 2/4 or 1/2 of the players being the imposters. Hope that made sense.

I think if you're going to do a vote after hole 9 you should set a line for the Front 9 and if you make it then there's no vote but if you miss you have to vote someone out. Takes out the argument of are we going to do this or not and forces the hand based on how well you played.

Yall gotta do best ball to really make the imposter work. Also i feel like yall should do a round before hand and take the average of everyone for the line. Then maybe for the vote its half a point if u vote wrong. Then with 2 imposters its majority then if 2nd gets one or 2 votes they loose depending on how many are playing. I was thinking about teams as well best ball maybe u should do 3 to a team. 2 teams for that to work minimum. Then u could do for any type of imposter at the end if u meet the line but don't get the imposter its a one hole duel then loser gets shocked or jump in a pond or something. Imposter wins both everyone else loses except if imposter gets 1 vote shy of the majority vote or something like that then another 1 hole playoff. Imposter again at a disadvantage cuz 3 or however many others use best ball but imposter gotta use his. If same score first playoff imposter gets 1 mulligan.then Maybe every other hole after the first one. With teams I think u half to do average per team. Teams minimum should be 6 total and 1 imposter on each team. Actually who knows it might be fun with 4 total and 1 imposter per team text style

Add 3 team mulligans. Vote after a bad/run type of shot. Majority wins This should help get you closer to score and you'll still remember bad shots as always. Gives the imposter one more challenge to hurdle

I love the idea of riffing off the secret hitler game and having the possibility of more than one imposter. But I think more work needs to be done when setting the line to beat. -6 is hard on a good day in the group format yall were using. You need to get the imposter to actually take risks and chances which means the score line needs to be much less aggressive...or a different format of play would need to be used (like best shot or worst shot). I love the idea of this game, but almost the last couple have ended with the imposter not having to do much work.

Love this game format, but you cannot play this game on a course with that many trees :) I don't know what the optimum number of trees are, but you got to be thinking more like 2 or 3 threes between tee and chains.

It would be way more fun if it was an easier line, that may get hit early, and then the imposter has to sabotage to make sure the team takes some bogeys along the way. Puts way more pressure on that person as you get closer to 18.

Ok... so I'm pretty sure the math for imposters was wrong. Thinking about it as a combination where you're drawing 2, 1, or 0 of 2 imposter cards, then 3, 4, or 5 of 5 innocent cards, I believe there are 21 total combinations (7C5 because there are 7 total cards and you pick 5 of them). There's 1 way for there to be 0 imposter cards and 5 innocent. 10 ways for there to be 1 imposter and 4 innocent and 10 ways for 2 imposters and 3 innocent. So that's about a 47.6% chance of 1 or 2 imposters and the remaining 4.8% chance of there being 0 imposters.

If you've ever played Secret Hitler, you guys could follow the rules of it to an extent... the jest of it - everyone closes their eyes pre-round, the imposter (or imposters) would open their eyes to know each other's identity, then everyone closes them back and opens at the same time, so the imposters could team-up
