For future reference guys, a really good fast fix for 19:37 is a square cut scrap piece of rubber hose and a band clamp. A big part of my job of 25 years (maintenance) is plumbing and that trick is Golden! I can take you to several of these patches I’ve done over the years on copper supply lines and not a drip! lol

Awesome video watching the crew in action. That's an amazing gold haul for suction dredging ! Fine gold recovery is what pays the most. Similar to my claims out here in the desert. Wish I could have met you folks last year when I was up there at AKAU, but we were too busy digging for shiny. By the time I got to the harbor the entire fleet was out. Maybe next time. Keep a roll of Python Wrap on the boat. Just needs water. Cures very fast and strong. Need a grinder to cut it off. I used to use this to seal leaking rusted out chemical pipes and it’d hold 60psi no problem for years after

With that moca pot fill the coffee holder to full and tamp it down. Also, use ground espresso coffee. It's more fine than drip coffee. 👍

As you vacuum up the silt. Does the sluce above pour silt ( unclear water ) on the diver? Or does water currents move dirty water(and rocks) away from diver keeping his area with clearer visibility. Or is it just a murky mess?

There is usually enough current to keep the silt away. But then the current changes direction and lands on the diver. Then we have to rotate the boat

That prybar could have caused quite a bit of flow restriction in the exhaust, creating carbon buildup and excess heat, essentially causing compression issues and ultimately engine failure. Hope that's not the case... on a side note, really enjoy the content

I dropped it in there a few minutes earlier while trying to bang out the black stuff. Someone accidentally melted a bucket in the exhaust . The bucket was to keep the rain out.
