It's cool seeing Chad look at something for the love of it knowing he wouldn't change a thing - so often he sees through the car in front of him to the post-chop car he has yet to build. He has a real love and appreciation for that truck. He literally doesn't yet have the skills to drive it and needs to up his game - that is being called by something. Whatever it is about that truck it's tugging on him. Either that or it's just the biggest toy truck he ever bought.

Make sure someone shows you how to change gear - probably non-synchromesh so you need to double declutch and match revs. Then when you get used to that you can shift without using the clutch. But it is a skill that needs learning and practice. Hats off to the pro truck drivers!!

Stretch the frame, remove the 5th wheel and install a tilt bed with winch. No more shipping or renting a trailer!

The first time I saw this truck on a previous episode, I thought it was chopped. The visor going across the front gives the windshield a chopped look. A very "retro cool" truck.

Cut the cab behind the seats and add a 15’ section with kitchen, bath, shower, seating and a bedroom. Then figure a new way to service the engine and go on tour with some of your cars.

Nice truck a friend of mine own one he did flat bed hauling, he explained to me how shift the gears, but me in the rig, told me to take of and drive..it was easy. that was thirty years ago,,you can do a lot with that
