The first video - Yoruichi vs Ichigo is a demonstration. The rest of the fights were voice actors of Bleach playing rebirth of Souls for the first time, which is why nobody did "Now or Never". They were in a tournament for who will fight the final boss - Tite Kubo - the one who drew manga Bleach (he played Yoruichi in the last fight). Ichigo's voice actor was playing Byakuya, so he won the tournament and played against Kubo. Unlike voice actors, Kubo actually plays games, which is why he was able to do now or never and easily defeating Ichigo's VA who was playing as Byakuya.
