If the announcers is the biggest complaint about this game evidently Gameplay is being overlooked. A change I would like to see is switch from the Frostbite engine back to the Ignite engine. Ignite was far from perfect but at least it was built on the foundation of the sport of football.

I really wish they’d do something similar to the basketball games. Like you being able to walk around and have a daily life while playing, then we could use our contracts to buy actual houses and workout equipment to make our players get certain stat boosts or something would be awesome.

I wish they would make it to where you can be any type of coach such as starting at say linebacker coach and moving up to DC then taking a head coaching job in the future. So basically you can be position coaches and coordinators and assistant coaches and still head coach but choose which to start with and take a job you want

they really could given the amount of dialogue that could be used to teach the ai with how long these announcers have been doing it. The Finals (another game) uses AI for all the commentator dialogue and it honestly isn't bad at all I didn't know it was Ai until someone told me

When you talked about sideline reporters, this would actually go a long way. Because when a player goes down, either they will go to the sideline to get worked on our they will actually be shown heading to the tunnels. Every time the announcers say “we will let you know about that later on” and they never do. When the decision it made to bench or keep in the game, or if they are out for the game. They never “let us know” the sideline reporters would be able to report that news. They can’t let us know because there is no sideline reporters

Literally just having different announcers and scoreboards for different prime time games already makes the game feel more different than the past 10 years of Madden. And have different celebrations for conference championship games, like why is it the same as regular season games? It can't be that hard to do.

I really really hope they update the Super Bowl presentation. I’m tired of the same thing every year. It also doesn’t feel grand the way it should. One of my favorite Super Bowl presentations was from (ironically) Madden 25 with the team video packages playing before the game. It’d also be great if we could play playoff games outside of franchise mode like in quick play or a separate “playoffs” mode similar to the postseason mode in MLB The Show.

This is cool and all, but I'm really hoping they add progressive lighting back into the game, and even being able to control the weather in franchise mode, I'd also love to be able to choose whether the roof is open or closed when playing franchise games in stadiums with retractable roofs, minor things, but would make a big difference for me

I would love it to if we could manipulate the weather like in the old NCAA to the degree! I like be able to have clear skies but see my players breath because I set it to 38 degrees. Plus, in the old games you would see players break out the hand warmers and long thermals and I swear in Madden players are still wearing their normal gear like its 75 degrees out.

my biggest issue was how they don't do playoff and Super Bowl celebrations etc and that the same announcer crew did all games including the SB its weird. its not satisfying to play career and win it all and never get a good celebration

Having more announcers is a big deal but I really want more teams in regs because in nba2k you can earn so many fun classic teams which give you more players to have fun with each year while in madden you have the same 32 current teams every year and it starts to get boring quick

What they should work on is gameplay. All this is cool for presentation but the core of the game needs a do over. Too many times DBs will dumb out in coverage whether it be man or zone, especially on certain routes or play concepts

Madden's gotta fix the salary cap in Franchise Mode. Player salaries keep going up, but the cap stays the same. It's not like that in real life. Fixing this would make managing our teams way more realistic and fun.
