We Kayak with Seals on Our Last Day // Langebaan SOUTH AFRICA

After more than 2 months in South Africa, we spend our last few days enjoying the incredible waters of Langebaan. We'll be back in Italy next week where we have to deal with a couple of administrative issues before we set off to the western Balkans.

Hi Andre & Lisa. A lovely video of the final day of your winter break! We had a memory come up last week of our trip to Cape Town (we did the 2 Oceans). We didn't venture up near Langebaan but we wouldn't write off another visit in the future. We did cram as much 'tourist' action as we could into our visit though and had a blast. As ever, we love your weekly company for 20 mins or so. Looking forward to seeing how Millie has enjoyed her rest x

You'll simply have to return to visit Langebaan for yourselves! It's not quite the 2 Oceans, but there's the "West Coast Marathon" which takes place there mid March which you could go for! 😜 Hope your first week is going well? Milli will be back on Sunday! 😁

Thank you! You are correct regarding the distinction, but these aren't 'true' seals, nor are they sea lions. The Cape Fur Seal (Brown fur seal) is the only residential 'seal' in South Africa. Classification "Arctocephalus pusillus".
