And it is time to return, we left from Puerto Iguazú (Falls) and traveled to the city of Posadas, there are 306 km that we did in several days because we stopped and toured several cities.
Our first stop was at the Wanda mines, 55 km from Puerto Iguazú, where we visited the already famous mines, and after refreshing ourselves in a small missionary stream, we continued towards Monte Carlo.
In Montecarlo we wanted to go see the orchids, this city is famous for the National Orchid and Provincial Flower Festival that takes place every October of each year.
Then we returned to El Dorado, where we toured the resort and the campsite, we also took the opportunity to walk the rural missionary roads, the red of the streets and the green of the trees are simply spectacular.
There in El Dorado we stayed at the "ACA El Dorado" hotel, a beautiful hotel with an impressive pool where you can see the incredible sunsets inside the pool, a hotel with very large rooms, the only reprehensible thing is that the rooms they are old, mattresses not so new and old bathrooms, but outside the rooms the place is beautiful to spend a few days since the hotel is on top of a mountain and from there you can see the city and its sunsets. We recommend that before hiring them you look at the scores and the current state of the hotel.
The next day, we decided to go to the Ruins of San Ignacio, we knew that the Light and Sound show takes place at night, because we stayed in other places we couldn't visit it during the day so we only have some night photos. The projection of the Light and Sound show is done with projectors and "the screens" are actually a fine rain of water, that gives a special tone to the projection but... it makes it difficult to take photos or film them, so we only leave a few photos of these ruins. At another time we will return with more time.
As Bonus Track we leave you a little known place, a museum that you have to know, the historical museum of Juan Szychowski, better known as the Amanda Museum.
Juan came to Argentina and settled in the Apóstoles area to build what is now known as Yerba Amanda belonging to La Cachuera S.A.
This man was only in the 3rd grade of primary school and when he arrived he built what is known as the first precision lathe in Argentina, he also built a small dam to generate electricity and also "move" the entire grinding system to make the yerba mate Amanda.
A man with a visionary personality and a hard worker, and by the way with great intelligence.
