Some years back, when I was 21-22yo, I took a job at processing plant for harvest season (I don't remember what produce or fruit was in season, it's been like 8-9 years). I hadn't slept very well the night before. So, when it was time for lunch, I went back to my car, took my turkey sandwich and coke out of my bag, set my coke in the cup holder, and... just like that, it was 4 hours later. The sound of people leaving for the day woke me up. I called my temp agency and told them it wasn't a good fit. I wasn't going to face the supervisor at that place after falling asleep and skipping half a day of work lol.

We've had the ski bidi toilet mystery box where I worked for about two weeks, and no one touched it. Even the shop lifters haven't stolen them yet. I guess people don't want to buy toilets with heads in them for their kids.

Oh god, Sbarro's. That was a STAPLE of trips to the mall growing up. It didn't matter if I had just had dinner less than an hour earlier, trips to the mall ALWAYS involved a slice of pepperoni from Sbarro's, a small potato ole from the Taco John's next to it, and the weird smell that escaped from the hot topic store that somehow was the closest actual store to the front entrance of the mall, up until they put a barnes and noble expansion on the building.

Yeah. Steam is king of gaming for a reason. It's been so consistently better for so long, that now epic and others are resorting to lawsuits and claiming they are a monopoly to try and dethrone steam. But steam has had no monopolistic practices. They just do the job better. I mean, remote play together is a free feature. If you have a split-screen game, and your friend doesn't own it, they can still play with you by streaming your video to their screen, and streaming their inputs to your PC to play. And they released it as a free feature, where others tried to charge for it via membership exclusivity. Steam has been around forever, and will likely be around long after I am gone.
